"Mardine ilk gelişimdi bu kadar güzel bir konaklama ve misafirperverlik ile karşılaşabildiğim için çok mutluyum. Oldukça güler yüzlü, ilgili ve samimi çalışanlarıyla bizi konfor alanımızda hissettirdiler. Otele ulaşım, otelden ayrılışımızda bizi yalnız bırakmadıkları için teşekkür ederim. Otel konumu harikaydı. Her yere yürüyerek gidip gelebildik. Aynı zamanda inzivaya çekilecek kadar da sakin sokaklardan birindeydi. Teras manzaraları çok güzel, odalar hala tarihi dokusunu koruyordu. Maristan ailesine ilgi, alaka ve misafirperverliklerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum, kesinlikle konaklanması gereken bir gizli cennetti. :) "

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Such a magical place. They did an incredible job of restoring a historic building and retaining it's original characteristics, while including many comfortable modern features like air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. The staff and host were so incredibly thoughtful, warm and hospitable. I came with my two friends from the US and we all had the most wonderful, memorable, and lovely time. We are all photographers and every angle you looked like a set you would have spent hours planning. We will miss the hotel, the staff, and we will miss Mardin! Hope to be back soon. One thing to note is that it is a bit difficult to get to, but you can call them and hand your phone to the drive for guidance. "

"There was black mould growing on the walls underneath peeling wallpaper. The roof leaked. Tv did not work,fridge stopped working, no coat hangers,no mattress protector no top sheet on bed,water took 15mins to come out of the tap i timed it then 10 mins to get hot."

"It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."
