Just minutes away were every convenience one could ask for, yet, at the house, we felt like we were right in the middle of nature- deer passing through daily, gorgeous water birds, and, of course, the phenomenal sunrise view from the bedroom and back decks. "I like the house beds are very cozy.There is limited seating so hard to relax. Adding another couch or loveseat would certainly help. The kitchen needs a set of silverware and a regular coffee maker. Most people don't use a k cup. "

"We were so happy when we found this home. On the lake, with a dock, and a nice easy slope down to the lake. This is rare as most of them have very steep lake access. It is in a beautiful cove that is just the right size. Not to small and not too big. It is on Flat Creek which is one of the better fishing areas, and the cove is deep out in the middle. Very nice area - quiet and surrounded by woods. We saw deer, squirrels, birds, ducks, geese. The only disappointment on our visit was that...

"Amazing property, Chris was amazing and everything was so clean and beautiful. The kitchen was so big and perfect for all the meals we cooked and shared with my family and friends. I will definitely be back to this amazing house and not to mention the morning views of the lake and deers on the property. So much beauty. "We came to watch my nephew play in his 2 lacrosse games. The house was perfect for our family to stay. It had plenty of room and space for people to move around. It was easy access to the rec fields and downtown Athens. The only issue we had was the upstairs thermostat would not get cool enough and I assumed it was controlled through an app with a preset locked in temperature. I should have contacted the contact person, but we were only there for the night. I know I would recommend this...

"The property manger was SO easy to work with. I loved that milk, bread and eggs were provided, definitely made things easier for our first morning. Loved the fire pit and having wood provided. Loved the fenced in area for our fur baby to be able to run and not have to be on leash. The shower was cool. :) If I had to give any suggestions, it would be, if our stay was longer I would have liked to have somewhere to hang our clothes.
