"Our group had 3 adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. There were plenty of space to sleep and lounge around. The back deck is also a lovely spot for morning tea or evening relaxation. The cottage is a short drive into town, Toccoa Falls, and nearby restaurants. It is obvious that the family host put a lot of love and care into the cottage. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host family offering to show their farm animals to our kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience!"

"The house and location are great. Plenty of room to spread out and not be cramped. The property is hilly so make sure you are able to walk up and down hill if you want to go down to the river. There are steps. The screened porch is great if you are good to sit and watch the river. Great views! We will definitely come back!"
