"We had a great stay at this property! The neighborhood is very nice and was so pretty with the fall colors! We traveled with our dog and took him on walks in the evenings through the neighborhood. Hosts were great, even when we locked our self out haha. Upstairs neighbors are also very nice. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness just because we found some old Cheerios under the couches, but bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were spotless. Great place for a couple of people to stay! "

"The apt was in an excellent location. It was comfortable and clean. Coffe was provided. We thought perhaps there should have been powdered creamer provided. The ice cube trays were only partially full. There were no tissues in the bathroom.The television was confusing to use and we couldnt really watch anything with out logging into one of ouf own services. Some instructions msy have been helpful.Othercthan those things everything was fine. "

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

"This place was great! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples travel together. Much better than the hotels we’ve stayed in during our prior trips to Ann Arbor. The only issue we had was with some of the surrounding bars, which were very loud at night and I believe stayed open until 4am. "Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "

"We had a nice stay During our recent trip to visit our son at the University of Michigan, the apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free parking on weekends was appreciated. Since our main focus was seeing our son, we did not explore the area much. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not enough to interfere with our sleep."

"This place just felt like home. Fully furnished in cozy furniture, ping pong table beautiful yard. Ping pong table in the basement, everything was just great. Amazing view of the lake. This in not one of those cookie cutter rentals. It feels like going to Grandma's for the weekend, which is exactly what we wanted! Original art by the owner decorates this amazing spot. Owner is great and had great advice for things to do in the area as well. "
