Ample parking albeit single-lane driveway; comfortable sleeping quarters in all bedroom — each complete with TV’s. Nestled among student housing, we experienced no disruption/loud noises after hours. Excellent mgmt communication avenues and reasonably priced. Will definitely book again when in Ann Arbor."

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."

"Great stay! No issues or concerns. Property was very clean, up todate, and well maintained. Bedrooms were roomy and the living spaces were plenty big enough for our 6 adults. Extras onsite like little snacks, coffee selection, etc. Made for a nice touch. Only stayed 1 night for my sister's wedding. Thanks for sharing your home with us so we could attend the wedding."

"A lovely stay for a family holiday! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, and as listed. We really enjoyed the beach, the view of incoming storms and the kitchen and living areas. The hosts also had left a lot of entertainment options - multiple tvs, books, games and a scavenger hunt for the kids. A great set up for our family of 8. We just we had more time - we didn’t make it to the hot tub! "

"I visited Toledo for the weekend and found this quaint rental on VRBO with a jacuzzi at a very reasonable price so I booked. Brenda messaged me the week before letting me know that the jacuzzi was out of service due to the frigid temps and she'd provide a full refund if I wanted to cancel in case it couldn't get fixed. I declined to cancel and just hoped for the best! Just prior to check-in she messaged me again that they couldn't get it fixed but they had delivered and set-up a new one at...
