"The property was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean. It was well stocked with the necessities and we even had laundry in unit, which was so nice. It was located within walking distance of so many of the places we wanted to see, including the University of Michigan campus. The parking garage was very nice and the parking pass worked without an glitches. "The location is fantastic, the unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The building was very quiet which is surprising for a college town on a game day weekend. The staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!"

"Stains on sheets, only towels in the place were 2 bath towels, no hand towels, wash cloths. Overall kinda dirty. Host took hours to respond. Gave the wrong wifi password and then next day provided the right one. Could be easy part of the check in process. It wasn’t that expensive but paid the price. "

"My husband, pup and I drove from Wisconsin for 2 nights to visit family in Adrian. The house was 2 minutes down the road from the downtown area, perfectly located. There isn’t that much of a yard for dogs but there is a park right across the street. The house is very clean and cozy. It has all the basic necessities. No complaints whatsoever! For future guests, the front room is directly on the busy road, so it’s extremely loud as it’s an old house and only has single panel windows! Only putting...

"Cozy, clean and welcoming! We were attending a MI Wolverine football game. The walk to the stadium was less than 15 minutes on a populated, safe street. We didn't have to fool with after-game traffic and were sitting in the living area when cars still were waiting to get out of area parking. The host was helpful--- HIGHLY recommended."

"We were in Ann Arbor for an early family Christmas celebration. When we arrived at our VRBO there was a beautiful table top Christmas tree and very tasteful Christmas decorations to welcome us. "Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "
