"This cottage is represented well by the photographs on the website. It had everything we needed for our stay. We are two adults and two children (15, 12) and there was adequate room for us all. There were no issues with parking directly outside the property, we managed to get a space everytime. Helmsley is a lovely place, everyone was very friendly. This cottage was an excellent base for exploring the nearby area."

"First off, we booked for 3 people and 10 days. We were given 1 trash bag, 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, and one laundry pod. Not very well serviced. It must be noted that the courtyard the flat is in, is also a beer garden for a local pub. That means drunk people yelling and laughing until the wee hours of the morning with cigarette smoke making everything smell like an ashtrray. as well as a daily 7am wake up call from dumping all yhe glass bottles into the recycling. there...
