"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"For a family of 5 with 3 grown boys, this space was perfect. It was extremely clean. Having been to other places, I appreciated that I didn't have to do anything upon check out as my cleaning fee covered it. However, I had an issue with Expedia. They confirmed the apartment I wanted as this service has many but they never told me the correct address. "Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....
