"Beautiful apartment perfectly located in the very nice historical area of Porto. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and secure. A few minute walking distance from a nice lookout, pubs and the Torreao fine roof top restaurant which has an amazing view of Porto (Gaia) and bridges. I was on a trip with my daughter and we both felt safe since the building entrance is also lock. We loved the city and apartment so much, we ended up staying 2 additional nights. Strongly recommend this...

"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"This apartment is very well situated to explore the city of Porto. Many places are walking distance or there are local train and tram stations in walking distance. We had a great view of the clock tower and there was a small balcony also. Was great hearing the clock tower too. Charming. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was exceptional. "Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. Waking up to hammers and saws is not the best feeling when you are on vacation."

"The location is great and in the downtown of Porto . Communication before and after check in were great. We stayed in Appartment no 6 which is facing demolished building and small street . Please note there is no Air Condition in the apartment. Our appointment was facing south so sun direct all day long which is really great if there is an AC . "The property is in a great location however, be aware that it is night club area so very noisy throughout the night into early hours. Generally communication very very good would just advise to be clear on facility to leave luggage for late check out as wouldn’t expect to have to walk a good 20-25 mins walk to the office to drop off there.
