"The hotel is old, but it's s a perfect place to stay when passing through the city! The breakfast is great, Wifi is good and the rooms are clean. But be aware: We had problems with the check in and out though.. They had no records of our Hotel.com reservation and payment. So that was quite annoying, because the night watchmen was not interested in trying to communicate through Google translate, he ended up just giving us a room and leave the trouble for the daytime staff. "A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste.
