"Everything was fantastic. The house was in a great location. Close to grocery, restaurants, the marina, and a short golf cart ride to Flamingo Beach. I highly recommend renting golf carts. "Our extended family of 11 were so lucky to find this home! The house itself is even better than the photos. Our kids/teens loved the guest house and the primary rooms were incredible. Melissa was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns immediately. The maid service was flexible and convenient. Driving to Hacienda Panilla was interesting with rough roads etc, but once inside the gates it was beautiful. "

"The house was very spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool and cabana area was our favorite hangout spot. We opted in for additional services like a private chef and daily maid which were well worth the cost and the stsff eas friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect as it is quaint and just a short gilf cart drive or walk to most places. My only complaint is that the curtsins could be better and the mattresses were not the most comfortable."

"We spent three weeks here this year, after spending about 10 days last year. We were so glad we went back as this is truly one of our favourite spots in the world, just a short walk to beautiful and quiet beaches, and surrounded by trees and wildlife including howler monkeys. We love being a little off the beaten track but still within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, and a short drive from bigger towns like Flamingo and Tamarindo. "Incredible luxury home in small non-tourist Costa Rican town. Krain management has an amazing concierge service. The senorita appointmented the house cooked a delicious breakfast and took care of our every need. People were friendly and town seemed safe. Restaurants and grocery store a 5 min walk. "We stayed here for my Wifes 50th and invited some friends and family to stay with us, we had a total of 21 people at the property and still felt like we had plenty of space. The dirt road leading up to the entrance to the property was a little rough, and some of our guests could not comfortably do the walk up and down, I strongly suggest renting a golf cart (Which we did) but it's still pretty rough, even with a cart. The house keepers were amazing and cooked a great breakfast daily! "

"Location: This house sits about 150’ over the beach and could not be placed any better on the lot. The sunset views that you get every night are absolutely incredible! The steps to the beach are at the end of the cove where the sand meets the rocky shore, perfectly placed. There were only a handful of people on the beach at any given time, basically it was like having your own private beach.
