"First time in Costa Rica! The Villa was excellent. Well equipped, everything we could have asked for. Raquel the property manager was outstanding. She met us when we arrived & walked us through the Villa. In addition she was always available through WhatsApp and assisted us in getting shuttled to & from the airport, organized a taxi & an excursion. Fantastic view…glad they have the trolley!Thanks Robyn for providing us with a wonderful villa on our first vacation in CR."

"Villa Rica offered everything we needed as a family for a relaxing get away. Kids definitely appreciated the pool and hammock and with fully stocked kitchen we could eat in when we rather stay in and relax. Villa is located in a gated community with its own pool and jacuzzi and is walking distance from the beach or you can use the shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Highly recommended! Antonio and Carmen are wonderful hosts! The best I’ve come across. House privacy is great yet just a short drive to Tamarindo. A short walk down the hill is a nice seafood restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The house is as good as the pictures depict! "

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. "

"This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). The villa was fully equipped to cook and we also enjoyed using the grill. We appreciated the designated parking spot...

"Location was great. One minute walk to beach to watch the sunset almost every evening. Property management was very responsive to any needs that we had. Real old world, charm and a beautiful outdoor area with trees, plants and a pool. location. Quiet area, but yet only four minutes away by golf cart to Tamarindo, where a lot of action is going on. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This is was the perfect house for our 10 person getaway. The property manager was so helpful and responded right away with any questions we had. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The view is spectacular. The pool is gorgeous. Walking into town was easy. The hike back up is more challenging, but also doable. Always an option to get in your rental car and drive down if you can't hike back up. I would stay here again!!"

"Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!"

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The location was fantastic with a private beach that was perfect for walking and swimming. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out convenient. We would suggest renting golf carts. The best part was that everyone in our group wanted to stay longer, which is always a sign of a great trip. We hope to visit again in the future. "

"We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "

There are no amenities with the room, but if you are looking for a room and quiet pool area it is perfect. I liked being off of the main beach yet close to it.
