"This is a beautiful property directly on the Delaware river. Swim in the river, kayak to and from this location or just enjoy the fire pit and sunsets/full moons. The interior is spacious and clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice as well. We cooked both inside and bbq outside. The washer and dryer came in handy as it was a muddy week. Owners Mike and Veronica are wonderful people who are around if you need anything! Definitely coming back! "

"At first, everything seemed very clean, but as soon as you open cabinets and start using appliances, you will realize how dirty everything is. The laundry machine, dish washer, garbage can, and inside of every single cabinet and closet were absolutely filthy. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and there was damage on the ceiling from a water leak that looked molded and disgusting.
