Cute cabin . #15 was pet friendly and in the middle of the property far enough away from the highway noise . A few things need updating and there is nobody on property to assist you if needed but the rooms were comfortable and very clean.

We loved the 1 bedroom cottage. It was just the perfect for the 2 of us. Very homey, comfortable and quite. The pier was nice and clean. Will definitely come again and recommend to my family and friends.

The property layout was excellent, almost felt as if you were in the Hill Country. Very quite, but that might have been due to very few tenants. We did not like that the Hot Tub was not working and they offered us to visit a Sister hotel, the Oasis, which had no working Hot Tub as well when we found out making the 2.1 mile drive, put a real downer on our trip since this was one of the points of us booking there. Also, the Pier lights were not working as well, which was point 2 of our trip. So we tried to make the best of it but over-all was very disappointing.

Great Fishing for Giant Monsters
I went to Rockport for some fishing and boy did Pelican Bay made it happen. I caught not one but three huge black drums off their private pier which was included to the resort. Next visit, I would like to try one of numerous cottages that’s offered.

We stayed at the Lodge. Very nice and clean. The only thing was the internet didn’t work, it connected but had no internet service so had to use our hotspot. Other than that, very nice place and would stay again.

I loved the place. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Very Peaceful. I'm looking forward to coming back.
