"Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options. "

"Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. "Great location, however we were somewhat disappointed to find our Comfort room was smaller than our son's standard room. The shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Nice touch to have free mini bar with water, juice etc. Was difficult getting our cases up spiral staircase to the third floor. "

"The location for this hotel is great for train arrivals. It is a short 5 minute walk from the station and there are lots of great eateries nearby and open late. The check in to the hotel felt locally owned with friendly service. The room was small and basic but clean. There was a little bit of noise outside from the main street throughout the night but overall was a pleasant and easy stay. "

"This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus.
