"Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options. "

"This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. Even though they normally closed the main desk by 9 PM they found a way to let us store our bags there. It was amazing and...

"This hotel is a gem centrally and conveniently situated a short stroll away from the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Victor Hugo Market with all the best restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very good. And the parking provided was very helpful. We had the most amazing reception from two extremely helpful and friendly receptionists. Can not praise them enough."
