"Hotel exists here over 100 years! For Which I appreciate the family to keep it going! Over that rooms are little bit older (2010 ish) all was very clean staff great! Most beautiful was VERY NEW AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPA ON THE ROOF!!! LOVE THAT! Also travelled with our Golden Retriever - for little cleaning fee 20€ which I understand they had no problem at all with our lovely dog, thank you for this amazing memory you gave us!!!<3"

"Not friendly towards international guests, the beds were very uncomfortable and the area is very noisy until very late at night, sometimes until 2am. The wardrobe was falling apart and the hooks for the towels in the bathroom fell since they weren't fixed properly on the door. The AC in the hallway was leaking for the 2 weeks I stayed there, right in front of my door. Also, there is a 10€ fee per day to use it in the room. "Das Hotel ist von der Lage und dem Personal top. Leider hatte es sehr viele laute junge Menschen im Hotel, welche oft bis 3 Uhr morgens Party machten. Daher gab es sehr wenig Schlaf."

"Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location."

"Property manager was very kind and waited a bit longer for our check-in. She walked us through our apartment and explained where everthing is. Place was very nice and clean. Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia."

Great place. Easy parking

"Grand Hotel San Marino is just outside the main wall of the city what make is possible to be able to park but you are still a few steps from the main entrance. Beautiful view from the room and restaurant associated with the hotel is one of the best ones in town."

"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

"Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. The room is comfortable, but it was a bit warm. We opened up the windows but with the celebration of Halloween was a tad too noisy. Loved hearing the children. The breakfast is very good. "
