"Home was very unique! Enjoyed all the historic artwork throughout. Accommodated 4 couples. Hot tub was relaxing, beautiful night view. Listing did not state that it was a shared home, although it was separate and we didn’t have any issues other than some confusion upon arrival. Host answered phone call quickly and pointed us in the right direction. Great place to stay and super close to downtown but able to enjoy the quiet vs hustle and bustle. "This was so surprisingly awesome. It is a perfect getaway from suburban life. The owners made us feel like family. The guest house is on their property but far enough away that you feel on your own piece of heaven. We truly enjoy the animal life around us. We will be back (I hope)."

"You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. "We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed.
