"I like this place, unfortunately it was end of season and hotel is going into renovation so I couldn't experience all services. Otherwise, our host was helpful as you can dream. Love beach over there, close to train stop and easy to get to Barcelona. We had a small room because of a short stay but was OK. Would stay again for sure."

"This location is very nice to be across the street from the beach and yet only an very easy 20 minute metro ride into Barcelona. We got the T10 metro card and stayed three nights on the same card. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There were several nice bakeries and cafes within a 4 block walking distance. We were not able to use the terrace while we were there due to maintenance but the host did her best to make it up to us. The bedrooms have fans which is nice since the AC unit...

"Train Climbing mountains before you get this property if you don't have your own car. You need to go steep hills to reach it, and then keep going stairs up to reach the bedrooms. There is no Air Conditioner in the second floor but we were told to just open the windows. Bad idea. Condition of the property is very poor and insects just fall of the wooden structures. Bw aware listing says air con but this is only in the living room, there is none in the bedrooms so we found sleepining very uncomfortable. Flat is a bit more tires than the pictures in the listing. "This property was in a great location away from Barcelona but still easy to get into the heart of the city. Train is a 5-10 min walk. It is near the beach and marina. The apt was great with a small balcony and drying rack there to dry your clothes. Bedroom area was small with one side of the bed almost touching the wall.
