"Great location. Loved the deck overlooking the water, the dock, the kayaks and the pool right next to the house. We mostly stayed around the house and the bay. Local free beach was close by with no one there on cooler windy days. Host, Maria, was very responsive to questions we had."

New Seabury is definitely an upscale area and has a nice neighborhood feel to it with the Marketplace and Popponesset Inn is short walking distance. 3 large bedrooms with 4 separate entertaining areas allowed us to spread out and relax. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach front home! The owner was fantastic to work with! The house is very comfortable and the view is incredible. Our adult aged kids and their spouses loved it too. What a perfect way to spend some uninterrupted time together! Our dogs also loved running on the beach! We will definitely ask to rent again in the future! "
