When I arrived a couple was having a domestic dispute which made me feel very unsafe Ot went on for an hour The hallway was dirty Had to drag my stuff up second floor stairs no elevator But the worst was the headache I woke up with and discovered black mold all over the bathroom ceiling

Checkin was a problem as we paid via Expedia and they ended up charging us the full amount again. Hopefully, have it sorted out but note that there is an additional $12 per day if you book with a service such as Expedia. Otherwise the room, staff, housekeeping all good. Note that at this time of year the breakfast selection was minimal.

Good getaway
Great spot, nice room. Mine overlooked parking lot on first floor, so cars woke me at night. The breakfast was so-so. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was peaceful, and I look forward to returning.

Very nice and reasonably priced
We've vacationed many times at this property but not in 5 years due to pandemic, etc. They have refurbished the rooms and they are quite nice. The only issue is that the floors do not have carpeting any more and the bare floor picks up fine grit that ends up on your feet and then in your bed :-(. Next time I'm going to bring slippers. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are quite large and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located. There is a really nice beach (Smuggler's Beach - see photos) about 5 minutes away. The Cape Cod Mall is about 15 minutes away. The National Seashore Visitor's Center in Eastham is about 30 minutes drive.

*room was a tight fit but wonderfully decorated. *no elevator was a problem as we were on 2nd floor and had noted mobility problem....no addressing that issue...everything on 1st floor..pool, vreakfast, ice machine. *hot tub was only warm
