"Overall this is a great place to stay. Two suggestions. Better instructions for the TV/cable. Figured it out but only because I have had Spectrum in the past. A short note would help others. The kitchen equipment needs replacing. One good set of pots and pans plus some plates/bowls would make a big difference. One or two decent knives. Other than those issues I was very happy. "

"Unfortunately it was only a one night stay for us but after staying we will absolutely plan a longer stay in the future. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "Duck Haven was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. We were able to explore during the day and have a nice and cozy apartment to come back to at night. I loved being able to look out our window and see the sheep, and looking at the horses as we pulled up the driveway. Dona was a very accommodating host, and her tour of the sanctuary on the property was so interesting and fun!"
