"Husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Met my sister and her husband in area. We had an amazing time kayaking, SUP’ing, rented pontoon, bikes, cooked in the house, ate at Upper Deck and Brian’s Place. House was so comfortable and lovely to hang out in! We will definitely be back. And owner, Tina, could not have been more lovely and responsive"

"My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there."

"My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. "

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Every day we had birds visiting and sunbathing in the yard. One, which we couldn't identify, was curious and wanted to come in the house. There was a nest of Cranes across the canal and the babies took flight. Very awesome. We had a dolpin and manatee visit and lots of people fishing. The house was well equipped. My only disappointment were the bugs. I was bit upon arrival and couldn't spend time outdoors in the yard. The screened in room helped some but no-see-ems got through. "

"Place was as advertised. Very confortable with lots of amenaties. Fun for families. Game room was entertaining for kids and adults. Would definitely go back. ⅚Only minor drawback was that if eas more challenging to contact the owner / propertu manager because their VRBO provided phone number did not work. "

"Small but clean property located close to everything you could possibly want. It is not a good fit for anyone with mobility problems because of the long walk from driveway to property and uneven ground. We were so thankful to find pet friendly property and it worked great but is probably best suited to small dogs because of size of property. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed -- everything you need."

"First winter trip in retirement .Normally I have one or two weeks vacation. This time no hurry. Great location, very quiet, nice canal that gets you to the Weeki wachee river. Nice that you are in a.secluded spot, but 4 miles to anything you need.House had everything you need abc the big bonus was we could bring our dogs. Big side yard for them to run . We all had a great time "

"We didn't check in until 1 am. Entry door was difficult to open. We arrived when the temps were in the 30's and found the heat had not been turned on so our first night was chilly. In the morning we were able to look around. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area again. been turned on before or arrival.
