"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"Fantastic views and very comfortable! Cozy cottage and quiet stay. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults aged 24-86! It was exactly as described and the host Mario was wonderful- made himself available to answer any questions we had. Wi-Fi, parking and the 3/3 bed/bath was exactly what we needed. "The town of Guiglia is great for anyone wants to explore Emilia Romagna by car but avoid actually staying in the larger towns of Modena or Bologna. We had a variety of experiences in Castelvetro, Modena, and other surrounding towns, and all were fairly easy to access from Guiglia. The property itself is lovely, and the kitchen was well-stocked if you want to cook a few meals at home. "We are just back from a lovely 2 weeks holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, the gardens and pool were just superb, lots of space. Barbara the host was just so kind and lovely. Easy to get to loads of places and the small village had great pizza places. We highly recommend a stay here."

"The farmhouse in which this apartment is located, gives you a nice feeling of vacation. The farmhouse also has a winestore with a nice sparkling red lambrusco wine. Please note that if you bring plugs from non-Italian devices with a ground-fault interrupter, they will NOT fit in the sockets, so you need to buy an adapter in the local CONAD supermarket."
