"The room was great, very clean and we had a nice corner room, the bed was very comfy, aside from the pillows, which were way too high (for me). The massive tub was a nice bonus. We were pretty shocked and a bit disappointed that we paid for valet, and it turned none of the valet people know how to drive a stick shift, so we had to park our car ourselves. It worked out ok, they took a little off out bill for that, but something to consider for out next stay."

"Bar/restaurant wasn’t open durning my stay and part of the reason I booked to stay there was to have that access and not have to go elsewhere but the rooms were clean and staff was very nice "

"Nothing unique, but my single king was a comfortable, cozy, attractive room, welcome on a cold, wet night. I was out late at an event so didn't make use of the amenities, but the bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. "

"From the time of check in to check out, everyone was friendly. Erik took care of us at time of check in. we did have an issue with the heater, the lady, that worked the morning shift. Got maintenance up to the hotel room right away. Ricardo maintenanceman, did a great job getting that heater issue taken care of. Very clean comfortable place to stay. If ever needed to be in portland overnight, this will be a place to stay again."

"The bathroom (barn door) door didn’t close all the way. It way out of alignment or something leaving an 3 inch opening between doors. The interior bathroom toilet stall glass door was also missing. Not a huge deal as the bathroom doesn’t face the bed or anything. However the light a noise does carry without the barriers."
