"A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. "I think the only thing I would have changed was turning the AC on a few hours before the guest gets there. Every thing else was fun and nice."

We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house instead of venturing out. The property manager was fantastic to work with and gracious with us for a minor request on checkout day. "My only issues was a question that the unit was in listed in check in instructions for New Braunfels and they had mentioned it was in San Antonio, which is not correct. I did indicate to them that it is confusing and they’re looking into correcting their description. Also, the only other issue was checking in and the gates for security would not always open for car entrance with the codes given to me which you had to wait for somebody else driving up that lived there and when they opened up...

"This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided not to go into town until check out. The property is peaceful with a beautiful mountain view, lawn and there was even a garden. Us moms can appreciate a thriving garden. We already have planned on coming back. "
