The hotel was clean, and the staff was great, but we had four complaints:
1. From 10:30 PM to 12:00, people were taking showers on the 2nd floor. The whistling from the plumbing was so loud. I have a recording if you'd like me to send it to you. That night and the next morning, we couldn't sleep because of the whistling.
2. There were two blood drop stains on our top sheet. I guess someone didn't check that before installing in on our bed.
3. The king size bed is dated and needs to be replaced. We tried to sleep, but the bed was shaped like a bowl, so we rolled into the middle.
4. While reserving our stay, your website asked if there was anything the hotel could do. We asked for standard pillows. Those "throw pillows" that are placed on the beds are NOT good for sleeping if you are a side sleeper or one who moves at night. We both had neck pain that lasted all day because of the pillows.
