Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! Really helpful at 18:30 in middle of Tours!"
