"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Es una pensión funcional en el segundo piso con ascensor. Habitación con baño cómodo. El único pero... La ventana al abrirla para ventilar, casi se cae hacia adentro, la bisagra no tiene tornillos, puede generar un accidente."

"I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. As expected the hotel was basic but it is in a great location for exploring the area. The rooms can be quite noisy depending on where the room is situated and there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in until 2pm dispite the hotel.com website stating it was 12pm. That was the first piece of misadvertising.
