"The location was good for a family event in Walpole, NH. There was difficulty is getting into the room since the code was in correct. the problem was resolved with 15 minutes and the code was reset. We waited in the downstairs Living Room which was confortable. The room was cozy and clean. "

"I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it"

"Very convenient to stay close to family. The beds were comfortable. The AC kept turning off and was glitchy. We reached out to the property manager and let her know we got it figured out, however we never heard from her."

"Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks."

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"Never could get the wifi to work. I entered the code on the router 6 times but no luck. Would be helpful if you changed the password for the wifi to an easily entered name. The man who came to shovel unfortunately after we were stuck in the snow was very helpful and very nice.. He got us out."

"My family of 3 on our golden stayed at this home for 5 days while our son was recovering from knee surgery. The kitchen is large, well stocked and perfect for cooking which was a key feature for us. Whatever was missing was quickly brought over by Caitlin who was incredibly responsive, kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond. "I was here with my girls and their kids to visit my mom and my sister who live in NH and havent got to visit in 4 yrs. Was the perfect space for everyone to visit and spend time together. Everything was perfect as far as space and beauty and luxury."
