"Taurus is in a great location. It has friendly and really helpful staff. And.....it has a Fire Alarm! The alarm in my room went off at 3.00am and I struggled to get back to sleep after because there was absolutely noone around to say whetyher or not it was a false alarm for certain. The alarm woke at least one other guest but he didnt get out of bed! "

"Excellent, visited this hotel as in February 9th 1945 my grandfather was outside here with the the 61st Highland Anti Tank Regiment. Great history in the area and the hotel. We did have a little difficulty during dinner with language barrier mixing our main courses and part of our order was not given however we received excellent help for an English speaking waiter and the situtwas rectified."

"Booked the hotel for a business trip. Had the worst night ever as since 4 in de morning the fire alarm kept going off every 20-60 minutes this lasted untill at least 8:00 this. "Design Hotel with amazing features and a lot of stairs. Check in is done at sister hotel Blue as well as a champagne breakfast buffet. Wonderful atmosphere access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk from the train station for us. Can't wait to return. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. Thanks for a lovely weekend away. Only negatives were some of the room designs. There is limited space in the bathroom sink for things. The bathtub is in the room so the splash zone...

"Slow and inconsiderate greeting - took 3 buzzes of the bell to get the gate to open to allow us through to the car park. Room was tiny. And hostess showed no willingness to help with baby cot. No netting on windows so minimal privacy. Television not working - missed the Euros. Bed mattress tiny, spongey and very uncomfortable. Food was great - but waitress slow and lacked attention. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location to get to easily from Arnhem Centraal station within 10-15 minute walk. Also very easy to walk around the city centre. Lots of shops and places to eat. Very easy to walk to the main bridge and the free to visit Airborne Bridge museum. 10-15 bus ride to the Airborne Museum Hartenstein as well. People very helpful and friendly. "
