"Overlooking the cricket ground, Travelodge was convenient to where our van was being worked on and to cycle and walking trails around the city."

"A mixed experience at this hotel. Essentially it was a great hotel... but someone seems to have stopped spending any money on maintaining it a while back. On arrival we happened to see a small sign informing us we had to pay for parking - only £3 but the stay started with a negative! The air conditioning didn't work and when we asked about it we were told it wasn't supported any more. The room was stifflingly hot and the windows 'for our safety' didn't open very far.
