Our cabin was exceptionally clean with lots of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms not found in most Vrbo rentals. Their main booking site didn't seem to be able to cater for international (non US) phone numbers, and despite emailing a few times it wasn't changed. This meant we didn't have access to the 'portal' on which most information was contained as the multi factor login authentication failed because it couldn't text us the code. ...
