It is spacious (the master bedroom & en-suite are probably the largest we have experienced, the king bed comfortable & most welcome), is well appointed with relaxing & clean furniture & has an extremely well-equipped kitchen for those wanting to prepare meals (along with a vast array of cookbooks, spices & condiments).The view overlooking Barilla Bay is definitely the icing. If we found one thing disappointing, it was that there is but one armchair in which to sit close to the panoramic windows & easily image you are sailing across the waters.Yes, it is 30 min to Hobart central for restaurants, but with Barilla Bay oysters, prawns & scallops close by, why would you dine out?Would we stay again? Most definitely."

"Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus. "
