"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"Really good location as it is literally across from the central station and where you get the airbus to the airport. Lot of weird figures around outside but that’s just the beauty of naples. Check in was easy and as we arrived early in the morning, the reception said we could leave our bags in reception and go see the city. "We came an hour and a half earlier than I had communicated to the owners. They immediately came to meet us to open up for us. Very friendly. The property is in walking distance from the airport (just a few minutes), which was great as we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. They wanted us to pay cash, which wasn't a problem for us, but is something I wish I had known beforehand."

"Rettifilo 311 is a nice place to stay while in Naples. The host, while not present, was very accommodating (as I was arriving early they made a point to clean my room first, which I really appreciated). The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Piazza Garibaldi & 5 minutes from a Line 1 metro station (Duomo). Its on a busy shopping street, but the rooms themselves are pretty quiet. "The proprietor, Federico, is wonderful and answered all of our questions. He will line up transportation from airport if you want and it’s cheaper than a taxi. He directed us to transportation to Pompeii, etc. and lined up a driver for us on one day. This part of Naples felt very safe. "View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
