"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento. "

"I liked the staff at this property, they were super friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, not too far from the centre to walk and in a nice neighbourhood. It was a little strange to access - through a dark alley and in an old lift. The room was ok, nothing special. Clean and functional. No real English channels on the TV unless you pay or log into apps. Breakfast again was ok. Overall it was fine as a b&b, nothing special but it served a purpose given the price "

"This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate. "

"Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. "View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

Good chain hotel.

"Very modern, compact, nicely laid out room. Very quiet, view of rooftops, window opens.Good bed/,pillows. Shower roomy enough but not huge. Excellent location for arrival or departure by central Napoli train ( Garibaldi Square ). Use the Metro or buses to see Naples. Train to Vesuvius is 10 minute walk. They will store your bags when checking in for a while. Very friendly chain hotel staff. Stay here for a day to take the stress out of arriving in Naples then find a hotel or Airbnb in a less busy area for your visit."

Nice hotel in beautiful location

"Nice hotel with bar lounge and restaurant. Spacious room with balcony and great views. Breakfast buffet is same every day, but many choices and satisfying. The location on the water and many restaurants and shops nearby. Beware of taxi drivers at and near hotel—they don’t use meter and change their prices!!"
