"Although a bit dated, this hotel is a wonderful place to unwind and to relax. The proximity of the beach area is quaint and allows the full experience of a vacation. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The service was prompt. I slept like a rock in the clean and comfortable bed. Loved the various pillow shapes. I was able to practice speaking my French and the staff was supportive. All shoppes and restaurants are a five to seven minute walk from the hotel and easily accessible....

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...

"We had a terrific stay at Jean Luc’s place! We felt so lucky to find this gem. The view to the sea was breathtaking and we couldn’t wait to wake up to take in the view and gaze at the boats on the water. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Also, it’s a short walk to the best restaurants and bakeries in Marigot. The small beach in front was a bonus. Meeting Laura was very special for us. Thank you again and we cannot wait to return. "
