"Although a bit dated, this hotel is a wonderful place to unwind and to relax. The proximity of the beach area is quaint and allows the full experience of a vacation. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The service was prompt. I slept like a rock in the clean and comfortable bed. Loved the various pillow shapes. I was able to practice speaking my French and the staff was supportive. All shoppes and restaurants are a five to seven minute walk from the hotel and easily accessible....

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...

"Well appointed garden facing studio. Very walkable. Beach is lovely . I especially enjoyed the pool since the beach and water looked intimidating to swim in. "

"Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great place for two people. Very quiet and right on the beach. The host (Julia) was delightful and easy to deal with. A car is recommended but you can walk to Marigot if you like. Wonderful place - would stay again. Great value for money"

"The inside of the condo was very nice and remodeled. The neighborhood is bad. If you have a car. That is the big risk as you may have to park your car in area parking lot. Where there is no security. I and another car was parked nearby and I had woke up to all 4 of my wheels gone and my rental car was sitting on center blocks. Beware of the drugged out neighbors."

"Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."
