"Great location"

"The property is first class. Everything was as advertised or better. Our contact (owner) was quick to respond when we had questions and kept us updated with status when the internet when down temporarily. While the property was first class, the road to the property was quite the opposite. Good thing we had an all wheel drive / 4 wheel drive vehicle. Would like to have spent more time on the island. Note to self: Plan for longer vacation. Will use VRBO again. "

"Historic and beautiful house. Charles, estate manager gave us the wonderful tour of the plantation and its history. The property itself is well maintained and surrounding by lush green forest that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Island Experience. The place is spacious and met our needs. The location is far from any eating etablishments and a there was limited kitchen items for cooking. It is a bit of a drive to the attractions around Soufriere."

"Beautiful gated development with modern apartments overlooking a peaceful and tranquil harbour. Felt extremely safe in the area and you are a stones throw from restaurants, shops and bars, plus it’s a short walk or around 6 minutes to a gorgeous beach. The host and the manager were great from start to finish with comms, help with airport transfers and any other questions we had. I would highly recommend The Harbour as a place to stay for anyone whether that be families or couples/singles."

"The property is exactly as depicted. Management was very helpful during the check-in and checkout process. They also provided extra snacks and water for us as needed."

"We enjoyed the walking distance to the shoreline as well as friendly neighbors. The property was very clean and we had plenty of towels and they even changed our sheets halfway through the week. A/C units in both bedrooms. Secure locks and security cam outside. "

"Older, unkept property. Not filthy but not clean either. AC in our room did not work well at all. We left after one night even after paying for 2 nights. "

"This property was perfect for my husband and I. We were staying close to family for a wedding and all we wanted was a beautiful view to enjoy and this delivered everything we were looking for. Quaint little home just be sure to be okay with stairs. Being on top of the mountain there is a steady breeze that kept us comfortable all night. We loved our stay here."

"Cute little place in the mountains, not far from all the things you want to do and see like hiking, snorkeling, visiting the hot springs and mud baths, in addition to enjoying the town of Soufriere. The hosts were so accommodating, providing us with eggs and the some of the fruits from their land. It was so wonderful to be immersed in the culture and experience a bit of the real St Lucia. "

"Sits in older part of town. Plus was the friendly nature of the owner and all the local residents walking by every day.Could use a closet to put your clothes in."

"This was a great little cottage. It is in a really nice location in town close to the bus station and lots of restaurants. The cottage itself is actually a little hidden from the streets, but the host communicated very well and sent great instructions with pictures for how to access the property. Everything about our stay was wonderful."

"We had the most wonderful time at villa makambu! The house is gorgeous, and Marigot bay was definitely our favorite spot on the island. Anthea was fantastic, as was the food cooked by Anselma. Highly highly recommend!"

"Had a great time. Family of 4 staying in a 3 bed grand marina view. Apartment was huge, fairly modern, clean and everything worked. View was of the marina but the balcony area was huge also and from the side had decent view of the ocean. Resort was great. We didnt do all inclusive as we wanted option to go outside but did end up eating 5 of 6 nights in the 3 restaurants. Resort and staff were wonderful. Despite it being full it was never an issue to get a spot at the beach for 4 which was by far the preferred option of almost everyone it seems vs the 4 pools. Easy to get taxi into the town for restaurants or shops / supermarket (hotel arranges and same person will pick you up). It does take 90 mins from the airport and I asked the hotel to arrange pickup which was seamless. Some couples but was mostly families or groups of families (makes sense when you see the size of the apartments). it did have a free kids club for 4-12 year old's which we signed up for but didn't use in the end. Overall would definitely recommend this resort "

"I would certainly stay at this resort again. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a trip here and we loved every moment. The scenery, the zen aura, the amazing food and drinks. The only thing we wished was available was better night life entertainment. "
