"This is a nice, no frills very clean and fairly modern unit in a very nice development. The master bed is nice, but the bunkbeds are spring-based. The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. It was a two minute walk to the beach and an even shorter one to a hopping little area of restaurants, bars, and a few shops. The pool was sweet, too! "The house was walking distance from the beach and downtown. Best margaritas at the Green Partot. When at the house, we spent most of our time on the second floor patio. The hosts were very responsive. Recommend walking around the corner to dine at Tacos and Flowers and Roberto Gastroteca."

We especially loved the upper deck and the outside sitting area by the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner there one night, and used the grill on the upper deck. "The place was perfect for us 5 couples. Some recommendations for the manager, when renting a 5 bedroom house you have to assume there is a lot of people staying so more then 1 towel per person would be needed for a week long stay. A Greek coffee maker is not sufficient and we went out and purchased one on the first day, asked the manager about it and low and behold in the storage of the house they had a 12 cup coffee maker. Our main complaint was lack of storage or drawers for us. O y one...
