"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"We were a group of 9 and we had more than enough space. A few minor issues but communication with our contact was always easy. We loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Wonderful location, comfy beds, excellent AC, we all really enjoyed the home and will absolutely stay here again when we return with a big group. Huge thank you to Jose & Daniel for helping make our trip to Puerto Rico so great. If you're thinking about booking, stop thinking and do it!"

We received detailed information to check-in and check-out within minutes of completing the reservation. It was great that they included a link for Google Maps since locations in that area are a bit difficult to find. "It was lovely to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean through the doors. It was even more wonderful going to sleep and waking up with the waves crashing. The beach by the gate to enter had some wood scattered, which seems to be leftover from a storm, but we could still walk down the rest of the beach and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay again!!! The hosts were wonderful with their communication."

"The "city apartment" was very comfortable. It's an unusual place with an assortment of options, including RVs to stay in. The place is not fancy but it's good value for the price. We didn't see much of the owners but they were friendly and helpful when needed. It's not what I'd call "walkable." We drove everywhere. There are good restaurants within a few blocks. Would stay again. "
