"This property was surrounded by tropical trees. The location is about 30 minutes drive to Cabo Rojo. The house has everything that you needed, they thought of everything! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Air-condition in each bedroom and lots of windows to enjoy the tropical breeze in the livingroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and the house smells good. "Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! "The house is in a residential part of La Parguera, about a 15 min [not very picaresque] walk from main drag. It’s a quiet, very clean, spacious home, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Only complaint we had was the check in process- not sure if the error was on part of owner or VRBO, but apparently there was some confusion on owner’s part about check in date or something. Anyway, we did not get communications from owner, including access instructions, until after we had to contact him...

"Beautiful home set in the hills with no visual neighbours. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big covered veranda, big rooms help make this a great family home. It has no A/C but it really wasn't needed due to its location and lots of surrounding trees. The hot water is on and off a bit but it was warm. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Just loved it."
