"It’s right next door to the recently renovated shop which is super convenient - and it’s a short walk to the creek/beach. There’s not much backyard and no front yard as it’s attached to the aforementioned shop - so it would be ok for a family with little kids or like us with older kids who didn’t come with us! Whole house has been done up in the past year or so - so everything’s fresh and clean and new. We’re planning on staying in it again with no hesitation."

"Good property,four adults and a child,it had everything we needed,been doing a week at Hat Head for 20yrs and stayed at numerous houses, chelsea has WiFi,two shrs,two toilets,clean tidy, good location close to beach,club and fancy new shop ,would book again 👍 "

"Great place to stay, close to everything. Good leg workout up and down the hill with back and forths. Neighbour (resident) complains after 2 or 3 days of noise or music. 10 or more people make noise when together go figure and it is a long weekend. Beautiful outlook on top deck for morning cuppa and breaky. Great space within the house. If not for the neighbour would book again. She ruined the vibe but if you don’t mind would highly recommend."

"We really loved the location as it is on the water with the boat ramp across the road so easy to have the boat moored out the front of the house for our entire stay, there is a great cafe within walking distance and beach area to swim at. The house was great we had 2 families with 4 kids in total and the space of the house was great. Lots of board games and books to use. The bedrooms are huge. The beds are queen size but would have been better if they were King as there is plenty of space for...

"We stayed there for a long weekend, the place is fantastic for a family with a great view on the Crescent Head beach. It really feels like a holiday house as soon as you push the door. "I stayed in the Retro Van which was cute, small, the smallest accommodation they have, in fact. It consisted of a bed, a sink, a fan, a fluro light. Was clean. A lamp would have been appreciated, and fixing the latch on the door so that it could stay open (it was very hot), mozzie netting on the windows so they could be left open and a little fridge would have been helpful.
