We arrived at the hotel for check-in, only to be told that no room was available, despite our confirmed reservation. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had made our booking well in advance and expected to have a room upon arrival.
Due to this situation, we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to make alternative arrangements. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of service and would like to request a full refund, as we did not stay at the property at all. This experience was a major inconvenience and far below our expectations.
