"A car is recommended. There is a great taxi service, once you get past the grumpy lady on the phone. Town is 10 minute drive away. You need good leg muscles if walking in the area. Lovely restaurant 5-10 minute walk. Can’t fault our wonderful host Martha, nothing too much trouble. "

"We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage. The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean. "We were amazed at the huge space in this property. It's all on one level which is perfect for young children and the outside patios are so great as they are fully enclosed and you can relax as parents. The property is old with traditional features and you get a truly Canarian experience of village life. The local town of Güímar is very nice especially at festival times. The beds were big and comfortable and internet good. "

"Really enjoyable stay here. Great for star gazing from the balcony and just listening to the sea on the rocks. Perfect view of the sunrise every morning. Not the largest property but ideal for couple or perhaps small family. Overall great value and Anabel is very welcoming. Just avoid if you are a nervous driver as road down is steep and twisty ! But worth it."
