"First, the positives - room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives (1) hard to find the place there is a small sign on the door, about 10 by 12 inches and no street name. We had to ask a few locals and most of them didn’t know where it was. (2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. We found a man in the street and paid him...

"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."

"This small boutique hotel is the best place that I have ever stayed in. Riccardo welcomed me and assisted me with my luggage. He was accommodating and his command of the English language was very good. All furnitute and bathroom facilities are ultra modern, attractive and functional. The window of my room opens up into an enclosed atrium with natural sunlight. It is aesthetcally pleasing with colorful potted flowers. The art and interior decorations were designed professionally.
