"Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. You can always ask her for suggestions and help anytime you needed her during the stay. We have a really nice stay and enjoyed it,...

"The property was very well managed. Quiet, secure close to the beach, supermarket and the old town."

"Amazingly rustic but with all the comforts of home. The property makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time or you’re on a Hollywood set. The pool is refreshing and I highly recommend taking the tour and wine tasting with Davide. The whole staff was fabulous and made us feel at home. We didn’t want to leave but we will be back!"

"We stayed accross the patron saint festival in town, so there were road closures. We were met a little out of town and given an escort in by Franzi and then he parked our car for us. Overall, excellent friendly and helpful customer service. Great recommendations of where to eat and what to see also. "

"It was great location, super clean but I was not advise in advance about the no parking available for free or the prohibition to enter into the historic centre where the hotel is located . I hope I do not have a fee for that! "

"We really loved our stay in Savelletri! Miriam was an incredible host...so friendly and attentive. She provides everything for your stay and does daily upkeep so you are well taken care of. The room had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and stove, so I was able to make small meals instead of eating out every meal. The local shops on the street offered incredible ingredients (fresh meats and cheeses, bread and pastries, pesto, fruits and veg). There is a big supermarket about 15 minutes...

"We arrived at 11 PM and had to pay an extra €20 for the housekeeper tower us in,despite us informing the owner that we would be late. The shower was lukewarm, there was no toiletries in the bathroom, no welcome pack, no coffee or tea and we did not sleep well as the fridge was noisy all night long. We were hoping to use the bikes that were advertised but there was no one available to help us in the morning. I complain to the owner the next morning about the problems but he was not interested....

"My stay at Filia Solis was Perfect. The apartment I stayed in had everything I needed and more. It had a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom etc., not to mention an amazing sauna and jacuzzi. Very luxurious. The apartment was situated on a nice quiet street and only a two minute walk to the main street. " 596 / 5,000 L'hotel era meraviglioso. Abbiamo gustato una cena meravigliosa in hotel con ospiti memorabili che cenavano nello stesso momento. C'era un matrimonio nello stesso periodo e il fotografo stava usando tutte le caratteristiche dell'hotel per catturare la bellezza di quell'occasione speciale. La nostra camera era confortevole e abbiamo dormito molto bene dopo quella cena. Anche la colazione in hotel era incredibile, un'enorme varietà di alta qualità. L'hotel era impeccabilmente pulito e lussuoso. Il personale è stato accomodante e ci ha aiutato molto con la situazione del parcheggio. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità, torneremo a farci visita di nuovo."

The best hotel in Puglia

"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town. My experience at Palazzo Indelli was superb. Thank you so much! "

"Very nice hotel. Great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town I explored during the day and next to a couple of theaters one can watch shows on the evening. The breakfast was very good, a bit on a fance side for an American tourist. I think I will stay there again."
