"From check-in to check-in to checkout, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, cleaned well, and I was able to set the room temperature just the way I like it. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked, fresh, and the dining area was very clean. There was only one lady who did all of it and she did such a great job that I felt compelled to ensure that she knew it. Too many times these people are forgotten about when these reviews are written. However, for me the real shining light at this hotel was the wonderful lady behind the check-in counter. I'm really sorry that I didn't get her name because she deserves some serious attention from the management. Her welcoming smile as I dragged my weary bones up to the desk and her soft, yet professional demeanor told me that regardless of anything else, I knew that my stay there would be a good one. Even when I came down and requested to move to another room (due to my boisterous neighbors), she understood and switched me with no judgment or anything to indicate that doing this was a problem. Long story short: an excellent stay at a great hotel. "

"The only problem i had was i prepaid online. They wanted to hold 110 on my card. We were not told about the hold. I understand it but i wasnt prepared due yo my check being deposited the next day. So they locked our room doors 1 hour after we arrived and had gone to get food. If i had not had a credit card we would have been in a bad situation. It should be told up front. I will look for a different place to stay next time. "

"Staff on duty made you feel welcome, hotel is in a safe and quiet area or neighborhood, my room and bathroom are cleaned. We appreciate the light continental breakfast they offered it was simple, satisfying we had a bite to eat. We are light breakfast eaters so this was perfect. The breakfast area was clean and organized, small sitting area although it was nice and cozy. We stayed 2 nights. "
