Nightmare on New Year's Eve
This was an absolutely terrible experience. Upon arriving at the resort, the host never answered their phone to provide the apartment number. After flying all the way from the U.S., I was left with no place to stay. Despite having booked and fully paid for the reservation, the host refused to offer any explanation. I ended up spending nearly seven hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to secure alternative accommodations. This completely ruined my vacation and year-end plans, all because of an irresponsible, heartless, and selfish host who canceled the reservation without notifying either me or the platform. I had tried multiple times to contact the host in advance, but they never responded, even though the reservation was made over a month prior. I strongly advise against booking this listing, as the host's behavior was utterly unacceptable. No one should have to endure what I went through.
