"My son and I spent New Year’s here and even though it was freezing, and my son had a little tummy ache the staff was very kind and brought him some tea and macaroons on the house. They were so kind. The area is really great to walk. there’s plenty of shopping with high-end boutiques as well as many restaurants. It’s not far from Joe and the juice which is my favorite place as well as exkiCafé. "Loved our stay at the Citybox Brussels! Easy to check in with the machines and our room was ready a little earlier. Hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Lots of walkable stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. Staff thst we talked to were so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again! "
