"We loved staying here. The owner was incredibly kind and let us return after our check out time to shower. The wifi unfortunately was not working during our stay but the rooms were clean and ready for us when we stayed. The beds were comfy, and having the option of a ceiling fan or an aircon was helpful to keep cool. The location was a little confusing since it was behind in the alley, however, tucked away made it less busy to access. "

Immaculately clean, helpful to a fault, nothing is too difficult to organize on your behalf and OMG the breakfast is more fit for a king than us minions. Look no further if you want a hassle free stay with some (no exaggeration) of the nicest people on this world of ours. "

"Shehan, his wife and young son make Saubagya Inn an excellent choice for a stay at Anuradhapura. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom good and the a/c worked well in the hot weather when I stayed. The Guesthouse was about around 40 years ago and with a large, covered veranda makes for very relaxing ‘down time’. Shehan speaks good English and is trained and trains in hospitality. "Absolutely perfect. I could not have found a better host anywhere. The room is clean and lovely. The garden is beautiful. The breakfast are just delicious. Mother is a really good cook and I had the best vegetable roll and potato and egg samosa i have tried anywhere. The host made us so welcome and helped us with everything. He did all the hard work for us! The driver is lovely too. I feel privileged to stay here and regret I cannot stay longer"
